A Good and Well SARL initiative
REVIVA
Digital embodiment for AI and robotics.
We explore the software layer that connects intelligent agents with physical machines — so that intelligence can understand, and adapt to, the body through which it acts.
Reviva
Intelligence is becoming independent from the machines it moves through.
AI agents are advancing quickly in reasoning, perception, memory, planning and interaction. At the same time, robots are becoming far more diverse: different sensors, different actuators, different degrees of freedom, different morphologies and different physical constraints.
The interesting question is therefore no longer only how capable the intelligence is, but how that intelligence understands the body through which it acts. Today, most of that understanding is rebuilt from scratch for every machine.
Identity should be body-independent. Behaviour should be body-conditioned.
Reviva starts from a simple premise: an intelligent agent should not have to be permanently bound to a single body. Its identity, memory and reasoning can persist, while its behaviour adapts to whatever physical system it is currently operating through.
We investigate how agents can read the capabilities of a physical platform, respect its constraints, work across different classes of robots, and keep higher-level intelligence separable from hardware.
Conceptual pillars
-
Intelligence
Persistent identity, context, memory and reasoning that outlive any single machine.
-
Embodiment
Sensors, actuators, morphology and physical capability — described in terms an agent can reason about.
-
Adaptation
Behaviour conditioned on the machine at hand and the environment it operates in.
Context
Where Reviva sits
Reviva is relevant wherever intelligence meets hardware. The work touches, without depending on, a broad technical ecosystem.

- Foundation models
- Robotics platforms
- Multimodal AI
- Robot operating systems
- Simulation
- Sensors & actuators
- Human–robot interaction
Collaboration
Let's explore new forms of embodiment.
We welcome conversations with robotics manufacturers, AI teams, researchers and software companies exploring the future of intelligent physical agents. Reviva is at an early and deliberately open stage: we are more interested in the right technical dialogue than in a fixed catalogue of services.

International business
Connecting Europe and China
Based in Versailles, France, Good and Well SARL develops business between European and Chinese markets, with activities spanning international trade, import and export, cross-border commerce and technology cooperation. The same cross-border practice — markets, products, engineering cultures — is the foundation from which Reviva works.
